The Six Paramitas (Perfections)

The Sanskrit word paramita means to cross over to the other shore. Paramita may also be translated as perfection, perfect realization, or reaching beyond limitation.ohm mani padme hum

Through the practice of The Six Paramitas, we cross over the sea of suffering (samsara) to the shore of happiness and awakening (Nirvana); we cross over from ignorance and delusion to enlightenment.

QSoM, Qigong State of Mind

QSoM, Qigong State of MindQigong is a combination of form, energy and mind, with ‘mind’ being perhaps the most important aspect.

When practicing Qigong exercises make sure to begin in a meditative state of mind called a Qigong State of Mind or QSoM.  

If you cannot enter a QSoM then you cannot do Qigong. So every time we practice Qigong we are also practicing qigong meditation.
