The ancient art of Qigong, which is the traditional Chinese medicine, uses the healing power of the mind through breathing and movement to increase vital energy (Qi), restore youth and promote well-being.

 

Meditation with Six Healing Sounds, Marrow-Washing and 5 Organ Healing Forms

 

Through regular Qigong practice, health and well-being is cultivated and improved in both healthy people and those who suffer from ailments such as asthma, stressful lifestyles, headaches, allergies, insomnia, digestion problems and some organ dysfunctions.

 

  1. a) The Six Healing Sounds:

Used to cool internal organs and detoxify the accumulated poisons in our bodies

  1. b) Marrow-Washing:

Used to enrich the blood and enable more resilience in the musculo-skeletal system

  1. c) The Five Organ Healing Forms:

Used to heal and revitalize diseased organs

  1. d) Microcosmic Orbit Meditation:
